Dr. Fahima Azizi, M.D. A proud native of Montgomery County, MD—and an avid Ravens fan—Dr. Azizi brings a deep-rooted sense of community to her practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County before pursuing her Medical Degree at the Medical University of the Americas. In 2013, she completed her rigorous Internal Medicine training at Pinnacle Health System in Harrisburg, PA.

Double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, Dr. Azizi has dedicated the last 12 years to elevating patient care across Maryland and Pennsylvania. After spending a decade specializing in Hospital Medicine, she deliberately transitioned to outpatient primary care. This shift allows her to fulfill her true passion: forming long-lasting relationships with her patients and helping them confidently navigate the often-complex hurdles of the modern healthcare system. She earned her medical degree from Dayanand Medical College and Hospital in 2008 and is proudly board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
